Aņejo Highball

Method: Prepare in glass
Glass: Highball
Recipe:
- Build the aged rum, curacao, lime juice and bitters in a highball glass filled with ice.
- Añejo Rum is a key ingredient for this drink, don't settle for any rum!
- Top with Ginger Ale.
- Stir gently.

The Anejo Highball was created by famed mixologist Dale DeGroff to pay homage to the celebrated bartenders of Cuba from back in the twenties and thirties.
