A delightful champagne cocktail, created after World War I.

Method: Prepare in shaker
Glass: Flute
Recipe:
- Pour the lemon juice, gin and orange liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Carefully add the Champagne.
- Garnish with maraschino cherry.
