Lava Flow
A delicious and very nice-looking drink from Hawaii.

| 1 oz Malibu Rum | [ Add ] |
| 1 oz White Rum | [ Add ] |
| 2 oz Pineapple Juice | [ Add ] |
| 2 oz Coconut Cream | [ Add ] |
| 2 oz Strawberry | [ Add ] |
| 1 Banana | [ Add ] |

Recipe:
- Blend the 2 rums and the strawberries (fresh or frozen) in a blender until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
- Blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in the blender with crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour this mixture into the glass with the rums very slowly and watch as the strawberry mixture oozes its way to the top along the sides of the glass creating the flowing lava effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Very good for parties - can be made in large batches, quickly.
Pouring into the glass quickly will distribute the drink better - oozing will only occur if the temperature difference is substantial, which is hard to achieve. If you pour in a thin stream down the middle, it will not mix into a homogeneous mass, but acquire a marble effect that you want.
