Recipe:

1. Smash the lime wedges with the sugar cane grain sugar (or regular sugar) inside the glass with a muddler
2. Add 2 ice cubes
3. Add Rum (St-James is a good choice)
4. Stir with spoon

Alcohol by volume: 37%
