A variation on a Grand Passion

2 oz Rhum foncé	[ Ajouter ]
1 splash Angostura Bitters	[ Ajouter ]
¹⁄₂ oz Sirop de sucre	[ Ajouter ]
1 Lime	[ Ajouter ]
1 Fruit de la passion	[ Ajouter ]

Méthode: Préparer dans un shaker
Verre: à cocktail
Recette:

Squeeze the juice from the lime.
Scoop out the contents of the passion fruit.
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Serve in a cocktail glass.
Enjoy!

Histoire

One night I decided I wanted to make a cocktail with a passion fruit as an essential ingredient. Having googled and discovered a recipe for a Grand Passion, I varied it a bit and was pleasantly delighted with the result, which was made with Mount Gay dark rum. The ladies present all gave it the thumbs up so I thought I'd share the recipe.
