Black Night Martini

Strong. Not pretty, but yummy.

Ingrédients [ oz \| cl ]	[ Mon bar ]
1 oz Vodka au chocolat	[ Ajouter ]
1 oz Peppermint Schnapps	[ Ajouter ]
1 oz Sambuca	[ Ajouter ]

Méthode: Mélanger
Verre: à cocktail
Recette:

Drop 2-3 coffee beans in the cocktail glass.
Stir the Vodka, Schnapps and Sambuca with ice.
Strain ice out.
Pour into cocktail glass or stemmed martini glass.
This would be a 3 oz drink...important thing is equal parts of the alcohols.

Histoire

I had this drink at a restaurant in Galena, Illinois, that had the nerve to change locations and bar staff. Now I have to make it myself. I haven't found it anywhere else. So glad I got the recipe from the bartender.
