Lychees

Type: Fruit
Sometimes used fresh, normally tinned for ease of use in the bar. The syrup, along with the fruit is used frequently in the 'classier' cocktail bars, as it is not commonly eaten it gives a bit of 'wow' factor to an otherwise ordinary drink.
