Raspberry Tatanka (Szarlotka)

A classic polish drink made with Zubrowka grass seed vodka, fresh raspberries and apple juice.

- Muddle a small handful of Raspberries along with 25ml of lemon juice and 1 tsp of sugar in a Boston glass.
- Measure 50ml of Zubrowka and empty in the mixture.
- Shake well with ice.
- Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice and pour 3/4 of apple juice into the glass. Top the glass back up with ice if necessary.
- Strain the raspberry mixture slowly over the ice so that it forms nice levels.
- Garnish with 2-3 raspberries and serve.
