Rum Swizzle

A rum-based cocktail often called Bermuda's national drink

Ingredients [ oz | cl ][ My Bar ]
8 oz Rum[ Add ]
6 dashes Angostura Bitters[ Add ]
5 oz Orange Juice[ Add ]
5 oz Pineapple Juice[ Add ]
2 oz Falernum[ Add ]
2 Lemon[ Add ]
Method: On the rocks
Glass: Highball
Recipe:
  1. Mix ingredients in pitcher with crushed ice.
  2. Use 4 oz of Gosling's Black Seal Rum and 4 oz of Gosling's Barbados Rum for the typical Barbados recipe.
  3. Squeeze the juice of the 2 lemons and add to the mix.
  4. Falernum can be replaced with Grenadine.
  5. Shake vigorously until a frothing head appears.
  6. Pour into highball glasses.
  7. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.
  8. Serves 6.
