- Fill glass with ice cubes, then empty in to blender. Chill glass whilst finishing this recipe.
- Add equal parts of pineapple juice and sweetened coconut cream. Do not add any dairy cream!
- Blend vigorously until the mix has the texture of a thick milkshake.
- Pour in to chilled glass. Add a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry to garnish. Drink through a straw.
