Mulled Wine

Mulled Wine

This traditional holiday treat is a great way to enjoy a winter night with friends.

Ingredients [ oz | cl ][ My Bar ]
25 oz Red Wine[ Add ]
2 oz Brandy[ Add ]
14 cup Honey[ Add ]
6 Clove[ Add ]
2 sticks Cinnamon[ Add ]
1 Orange[ Add ]
Method: Prepare on the stove
Glass: Mug
  1. Peel and slice the orange.
  2. Pick a bottle of red wine, like a Cabernet-Sauvignon.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  4. Gently warm the ingredients on low to medium heat (avoid boiling), for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally to make sure that the honey has completely dissolved.
  6. The wine is ready to be served when it's steaming.
  7. Pour into mugs, add an orange peel to each and serve.
