- Mash a few pieces of watermelon using a muddler (handful).
- Add all ingredients and shake until chilled.
- Its very important to double strain using a Hawthorne and tea strainer.
- Add a splash Monin cucucumber syrup if you have it or sugar syrup, depending on whether you like it sweet or bitter.
- Optional : Garnish with a slice of lemon and watermelon
