- Drop a cherry in the glass (glace will do)
- Add the cherry liqueur, the amaretto and the sugar syrup
- Top up with the prosecco or cava.

Hi Johnnie I used a basic cherry brandy liqueur (unbranded) but you're right about the difference being huge. The only problem is the luxardo wouldn't turn it red and it would probably look brown from the amaretto.

The cherry liqueur - more like Luxardo Maraschino, or more like Cherry Heering? Because the difference is huge. :)
